Description :: UMD 3.1.1 is a revision of 3.1.0 made available for the EGI production infrastructure. This release contains support for both Scientific Linux 5 and 6 and also Debian 6 (Squeeze).

This release contains the following products:
EMI Technology Provider:
Client tools:
EMI UI v. 3.0.1-1 both in SL5 and SL6:
  • This release its a repacking version and just solves the missing dependencies on gsi-openssh-clients and glite-ce-monitor-cli.
GFAL/lcg_util 1.15.0  both in SL5 and SL6:
  • This release contains no new functionalities and provides solutions to several bugfixes for the mkgltempdir, lcmaps lcmaps-plugins-basic and lcmaps-plugins-voms packages.
CANl 2.1.1 both in SL5 and SL6:
  • This release introduces new features in caNl-Java, specifically PKCS12 keystores supporting unlimited JCA policy and a new method to save a X509Credential as a PEM keystore. caNl-c API has ben extended with an function to set OCSP URL.
  • This release also adress several bugfixes namelly the one on which the ProxyCSRGenerator assigns a wrong serial for RFC proxies.

Installation Notes :: All products in the UMD 3.1.1 release were verified against EGI's current Quality Criteria (for further information, please see the documentation links) to support 64 bit Scientific Linux 5 and Scientific Linux 6 (x86_64 processor architecture). Some products are also supported in 64 bit Debian 6 (squeeze).  Installation and configuration notes are available in the EGI repository.
